What does the call to the client sound like?
*(Try a Demo call): 1. They receive a call from your business phone number (it is really our system calling) 2. They answer and are greeted with a friendly voice that states: "This is Doctor "Name" office calling to remind you, that you have an appointment tomorrow at 2PM. To confirm, press 1, to reschedule, press 2 or hangup now." 3. If the customer presses 1 to confirm, you will see that in your software reporting page 4. If the customer presses 2, they will automatically be connected to your office! There is no need to hang up and dial your office manually.
